Commerce department restricts technology and software exports to Russia | Commerce

Russia and Belarus are restricted from accessing US-built software package and technologies to support in its armed service, the US Commerce Office issued in a remaining ruling Saturday.

The Bureau of Field and Safety, an agency in the section, imposed “really restrictive” license requirements on every thing in the Commerce Control Record, which incorporates practically all dual-use technology, program and commodities that could be utilised in Russia’s military services and aerospace work.
